Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 18-Jun-2026

Welcome to Export Buyer Finding. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://exportbuyerfinding.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Export Buyer Finding, operated by Joshi Rabiyath (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our services.

1. Who We Are

Export Buyer Finding is operated by Joshi Rabiyath, based in Kerala, India, and provides export buyer-finding and outreach services to exporters worldwide. Our methodology, the SDOS Framework™ (Shipment Data Outreach System), combines shipment-data intelligence with targeted outreach to connect exporters with international buyers.

2. Services

We offer the following services, each governed by a separate service agreement or order confirmation in addition to these Terms:

  • International Buyer Outreach Services (DFY): done-for-you identification of and outreach to potential international buyers.
  • International Buyer Outreach System (DWY): done-with-you training to help your team run buyer outreach in-house.
  • LinkedIn Management for Exporters: profile and page optimization, content, and credibility-building on LinkedIn.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your engagement will be confirmed separately in writing (proposal, invoice, or order form) before work begins.

3. Performance Guarantee

For clients engaged in our buyer outreach services, we guarantee a minimum of 10 qualified buyer conversations by the start of Month 2 of active engagement, counted from the agreed service start date. A “qualified buyer conversation” means email reply or LinkedIn DM from a verified importer, who already imports the products which the client is dealing with.

If this threshold is not met within the stated timeframe, we will continue providing outreach services at no additional cost until it is met. This guarantee applies only to the number of qualified conversations generated and does not guarantee sales, orders, contracts, or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, certifications, and the buyer’s own business decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver these services, you agree to: provide accurate and current information about your company, products, certifications, pricing, and capacity; respond to leads and outreach opportunities in a timely manner; not misrepresent your products, services, or business to prospective buyers; and comply with all applicable export, import, and trade laws in your jurisdiction and the buyer’s jurisdiction.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for your engagement will be specified in the proposal sent to you prior to the commencement of services. To confirm and commence your engagement, 50% of the applicable monthly fee is payable along with the order confirmation. The remaining 50% for that month is due on 15th of every month, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For engagements spanning multiple months, the same 50/50 structure applies to each subsequent month unless the proposal states otherwise. Fees do not include the cost of third-party platforms or subscriptions (e.g., LinkedIn Premium, Apollo) unless explicitly stated in the proposal.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your engagement at any time by providing written notice to us at joshi@exportbuyerfinding.com, with 15 days notice period. On cancellation, any fees you have paid will be refunded, except for: Service charges for work already performed, calculated on a pro-rata basis up to the date of cancellation; and amounts already spent or committed on your behalf toward third-party costs such as outreach/email tools, domain registrations, and dedicated inboxes set up for your campaign, which are non-refundable. The refundable balance, if any, after these deductions will be paid to you within 2 weeks of the cancellation taking effect.

7. Intellectual Property

The SDOS Framework™, our website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies are the property of Export Buyer Finding and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Reports, lead lists, and outreach materials prepared for you during an engagement are licensed to you for your own business use and are not to be resold or redistributed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement (such as pricing, product specifications, or buyer contact details) and to use it solely for the purposes of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Data

Our services rely on third-party platforms and data sources, including shipment-data providers, Apollo, LinkedIn, and outreach tools such as Manyreach. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or data inaccuracies originating from them. If we manage accounts on your behalf (e.g., LinkedIn), you remain responsible for ensuring that account’s compliance with that platform’s own terms of service.

10. Case Studies and Testimonials

Case studies, testimonials, and results shown on the Site (including specific figures) reflect actual outcomes for the named clients described. Individual results vary based on industry, product, market conditions, and client responsiveness, and past results do not guarantee similar outcomes for other clients.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Export Buyer Finding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service engagement will not exceed the fees you paid for that engagement in the [insert period, e.g., preceding 3 months].

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Export Buyer Finding harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your products, your representations to buyers, or your violation of applicable laws.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable service agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert city, e.g., Thiruvananthapuram or Kochi], Kerala, India.
